A bus plummeted into a canal in Madhya Pradesh, India, killing 51 people. The bus driver was detained after he fled from the accident site. Nearly 600 personnel, including the National Disaster Response Force, State Disaster Response Force and local authorities, are engaged in the rescue operation.
